Initial Consultation

Your initial orthodontic consultation will allow Dr. Tingling to address the reasons you are seeking an orthodontic consultation, answer any questions you may have and to determine if orthodontic treatment is indicated at this time. Should orthodontic treatment be deemed necessary, with your permission, we may proceed to the next step, which involves taking a complete set of diagnostic records. This includes a cephalogram, panorex, photographs and impressions for making dental casts.

The next visit would be a consultation to discuss the treatment options. To expedite the process, we ask that you complete the acquaintance forms you have received in the mail, or can be obtained on the link below, and bring them with you. Our office is located on the north side of Twelve Mile Road, between Evergreen and Lahser, in Southfield, Michigan.
